I was invited on to Debbie McGee’s Sunday morning chat show on BBC Radio Berkshire. She was her usual effervescent self and a really lovely lady who made me instantly feel at ease. In fact, the whole team were very nice and extremely professional which made my time there feel far too short.
We briefly spoke about Indie publishing although there wasn’t really enough time to go into any detail. Most of the interview concerned my book ‘A Rhyme of Dark Words’ and it being longlisted in the Times/Chicken House Children’s Fiction Comp. It’s a shame that the chat during the music isn’t broadcast because it touched on so many more subjects, and from my point of view was a lot more free and easy knowing that I wasn’t live.
